Applicants preparing documents together

  • Invitation letter from the Malaysian company
  • Trade licence copy with English translation
  • Bank statement for the last 6 months
  • Confirmed return air ticket and hotel booking

The Malaysia Multiple Entry Business eVisa lets you travel to Malaysia for meetings, trade fairs and client visits as often as you need within 180 days. Each stay can be up to 30 days.

The express service puts your file at the front of our review queue. Once your documents are complete, the eVisa is normally issued by email within 5–7 working days.

Business owner

Trade licence, company bank statement, letterhead pad and visiting card.

Job holder

No Objection Certificate (NOC), office ID and last 3 months’ salary slips.

Travelling with family

Marriage certificate and birth certificates for accompanying children.

Can I extend my stay beyond 30 days?
No. Each entry allows up to 30 days. Leave and re-enter, or apply for a different pass if you need longer.
Do I need to submit my physical passport?
Not for an eVisa — a clear colour scan is enough. Sticker and embassy visas do need the original.
What happens if my visa is refused?
The embassy fee is non-refundable. Our management fee is refunded according to the refund policy.

  • Previous Malaysia visa copies, if you have travelled there before.
  • A yellow fever vaccination certificate if arriving from an affected country.
  • The embassy may ask for an interview or extra documents in individual cases.
